What We Do...

Spearhead Services Group provides a service to the community sector. Our primary focus is to be a catalyst between the community and the commercial sector with the ultimate objective being the provision of a sustainable service delivery models.

Historically the directors of spearhead services group have had a strong involvement in human services working on commonwealth and state funded projects and experience ranging from intensive support for families for short and long term housing accommodation, to employment case management services.

In order to implement a stable residential environment we draw from the experience of addressing high need intensive support mechanisms through to minimum support needs for independent tenants. In meeting the needs of the community we have the capacity to stabilize an investment property commercially while serving in the community ensuring a longevity of relationships.

Our secondary objective is to provide a self funding mechanism for community based programs to respond to the diverse needs of their clients.
